Meet our Head Chef: Clinton Smith
I have over 22 years of professional chef experience, having worked in some of the UK’s most prestigious venues and major international sporting events including the US Open in New York, the Asian Games in Qatar, and Formula 1 in Abu Dhabi.
My career highlights include Head Chef roles at the O2 Arena and Silverstone Motor Circuit, as well as supporting renowned events such as Goodwood, Wimbledon, and Cheltenham Festival.
Along the way, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Michelin-starred chefs including the Roux family and Tom Aikens.
